About the job:

As a Service Desk employee, you will be at the center of the organization. You are responsible for providing expert solutions to website and application-related support inquiries from our customers and for offering immediate assistance with incidents that occur. You ensure that requests and incidents are logged, analyzed, assessed and followed up. Clear communication with the customer about the status of a request or incident comes naturally to you. In addition, you easily involve the right colleagues in this process in order to guarantee and optimize a streamlined process. You show initiative in process improvement and escalate in-depth technical questions within the established guidelines.

Besides the ad hoc work, you provide support on operational matters for our service manager, such as preparing reports. Additionally, you will handle various facility tasks within our building, contributing to an efficient and enjoyable work environment. As a Service Desk employee you will be part of a diverse and young team, working daily with two direct colleagues, and you will be supported by several working students. With them you strive for optimal customer satisfaction.

Our ideal colleague in a nutshell:

  • You have demonstrable mbo+ working and thinking level.
  •  You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
  •  You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a service desk employee or 1st line support employee.
  • You have affinity with online tools and can easily switch between different systems.
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility, are stress resistant, and proactive.
