We are looking for 2 new student employees at our Servicedesk! If you like to work at a digital agency, and you like to be the central communication point for our customers, partners, and employees, this can be a nice job for you!
This is what you are going to do
At our Servicedesk, you are in direct contact with our customers and partners about the applications that TRIMM manages. You receive all contact requests and you have the role of a technical help desk. You try to understand what the customer wants to have solved and you create a ticket for this. You assign this ticket to the right colleague so that he can solve the problem or implement the adjustment and carries out the final communication that goes with it.
In the future, you will also handle technical support requests for our customers and you will perform various tasks to support the organization. In addition, there are many additional activities to be tackled, such as adjusting content on our customers' websites, managing users in portals and creating reports. This is just a small selection of all the tasks that can occur in one day, this means that no day is the same and this is what makes the Servicedesk so interesting.
Our Servicedesk is staffed Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. The occupation is divided into various services that we fill in with full-time, part-time and student employees. This side job, therefore, offers a lot of flexibility to ensure that your work schedule fits in well with what your studies require of you.
