For one of our agile teams, we are looking for an experienced User Experience Designer who wants to work on great projects for our B2B clients.
What will you be doing?
As a UX designer, you are responsible for designing optimal experiences for the users of the applications built in our teams. To achieve this, as a UX'er you will host workshops where you will work with the client to determine brand attributes, define personas, and lay out the storymap. The end user is central in this, because our applications are used by our customers in serving their customers. In this process you are a sparring partner for the client and you translate the workshop outcomes into a sitemap or user flow. You will make prototypes on paper or digitally in Sketch and Invision. You have a feeling for design and can bridge the gap with the (external) User Interface designers.
You are also involved in planning user tests and carry them out during the design sprint. You analyze and process the user tests in order to make better design decisions. This user experience is central to you as you prioritize the userstories together with the project manager. Throughout the entire process you will be involved in the development sprints, guaranteeing the quality and acting as a valuable sparring partner for the client.
