Digital Project Manager (32-40 h/w)

TRIMM is looking for a Digital Project Manager within its Digital Solutions business unit. Do you have several years of experience managing digital projects? If so, this role could be your next step.

This is what you are going to do

As a digital project manager, you play a key role in successfully delivering web applications—such as tools and calculators—along with portals and e-commerce solutions for our clients. You are closely involved in the software development projects of our B2B clients in the high-tech and manufacturing industries and know how to translate their complex business challenges into workable solutions for the team. At TRIMM, you can expect to be involved in several projects running in parallel.

You act as the bridge between the client and the team, serving as both advisor and process lead. You are responsible for the team’s day-to-day direction: you monitor progress, set priorities, identify bottlenecks, and ensure blockers are removed in time—if necessary in coordination with the head of the business unit. You facilitate collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders, and you keep all parties well informed about progress, risks, and results achieved.

In addition, you continuously initiate and guide process improvements and encourage personal development and knowledge sharing to enable future-proof collaboration with clients. You coach team members on attitude and behavior without formal HR responsibility—that lies elsewhere in the organization. Given the nature of the role, you are frequently on-site at the office and available to the team. You are also part of a project management community of practice that together drives the professionalization of project management within TRIMM.

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable project management role
  • Experience with software or product development is a plus
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong planning skills and ability to bring structure to complex environments
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience as a Certified Scrum Master is a plus
