Project Manager Digital (32-40 h/w)

TRIMM is looking for a project manager digital within its Digital Solutions business unit. Do you have experience managing digital projects? If so, this role could be your next step.

This is what you are going to do

As a project manager digital , you play a key role in successfully delivering web applications- such as tools and calculators- along with portals and e-commerce solutions for our clients. You are closely involved in the software development projects of our technical B2B clients and know how to translate their complex business challenges into workable solutions for the team. At TRIMM, you can expect to be involved in several projects running in parallel.

You act as the bridge between the client and the team, serving as both advisor and process lead. You are responsible for the team’s day-to-day direction: you monitor progress, set priorities, identify bottlenecks and ensure blockers are removed in a time- if necessary in coordination with the head of the business unit. You facilitate cooperation within the team and with external stakeholders, and you keep all parties well informed about progress, risks, and results achieved.

In addition, you continuously initiate and guide process improvements and encourage personal development and knowledge sharing to enable future-proof collaboration with clients. You coach team members on attitude and behaviour, without formal HR responsibility- that lies elsewhere in the organisation. Given the nature of the role, you you are frequently on -site at the office and available to the team. You are also part of a project management community of practice that together drives the professionalization of project management within TRIMM.

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable project management role
  • Experience with software or product development is a plus
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong planning skills and ability to bring structure to complex environments
  • Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience as a Certified Scrum Master is a plus

For this role as project manager digital, you will receive a salary of min €3600 – max € 5300,- depending on your education level, experience and knowledge. We also offer you:
