As a UX/UI Designer at TRIMM in Enschede, you’ll be working on digital platforms and applications used by thousands of people every day. You’ll translate complex challenges into well-thought-out, effective solutions and know exactly how to make an impact through design. About TRIMM

You’ll be joining TRIMM, a digital agency with around 80 specialists who work together on solutions from strategy through to implementation. Design, development and ongoing refinement come together here in a single team. The atmosphere is open and down-to-earth, with plenty of scope for initiative. You’ll be working on projects for clients such as Grolsch, Demcon and Heuver, where user-friendliness plays a key role in success.

What will you be doing?

 

As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll be involved in projects from start to finish and take a leading role in the UX/UI domain. You’ll bring structure to complex issues and help teams and clients make clear, well-informed decisions. You start by clarifying goals, users and context, often in workshops or interactive sessions. From there, you translate insights into strong flows, wireframes and prototypes in Figma. You refine designs down to the last detail and ensure they are immediately buildable for development. Throughout projects, you remain focused on quality. You liaise closely with developers and project teams, conduct user testing, and use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement. In doing so, you look beyond current tools: you see AI as a valuable addition to your working method and know when and how to use it effectively to achieve better and faster results. You are not only strong in execution but also in providing direction. As a UX/UI Designer, you ensure that UX/UI is taken to a higher level within projects and that decisions are successfully implemented in practice.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have around 3–5 years’ experience as a UX/UI Designer and are regarded as a passionate professional in your field
  • You work with Figma on a daily basis and have a thorough grasp of the entire process, from flow diagrams to detailed UI designs
  • You interact easily with stakeholders and take a clear lead with clients and teams
  • You have experience (or ambition) in facilitating workshops and structuring complex issues
  • You work in a structured manner, think analytically and have a keen eye for usability, consistency and detail • You communicate clearly in Dutch and English and justify your decisions well
  • You see AI as an enhancement to your toolkit and working methods and apply it where relevant
  • Experience with design systems, component-driven design or more complex (B2B) platforms is an advantage
