AI-Driven Digital Marketer (B2B) ( 32-40 hrs/w)
At TRIMM, we build growth for international B2B brands with digital marketing that works: sharp choices, smart execution and continuous optimisation. We are looking for a digital marketer who makes an impact. You maintain an overview, provide clear advice and, together with your colleagues from the marketing team, deliver projects that make a measurable contribution to our clients' goals.
You will join our Digital Marketing team of 12 colleagues, where strategy and execution go hand in hand. One day you will be brainstorming with colleagues about a campaign design and channel mix, the next day you will be testing AI variants for copy, analysing performance in dashboards and making adjustments based on data. That is the playing field.
AI is no longer an experiment for you, but a way of working. You think in terms of workflows, prompts and systems that deliver repeatable results. You see how the profession is changing (SEO towards GEO, content towards model-driven production) and you enjoy being at the forefront of these developments.
You will be given a lot of responsibility if you want it and are ready for it. We work with short lines of communication and want to improve together.
Location: mainly Enschede, with occasional days on site at the customer's premises.
What you'll do
You will be jointly responsible for the success of clients such as Nexperia, Malvern Panalytical, Nestlé Health Science and dsm-firmenich. Specifically, this means that you will:
- coordinate and implement digital marketing projects: from planning → implementation → optimisation;
- coordinate and implement digital marketing projects: from planning → implementation → optimisation;
- advising clients on B2B digital marketing and translating this into clear choices and actions;
- communicating smoothly with internal and external stakeholders (marketing, sales and management) and keeping everyone on board;
- analysing results, making insights understandable and continuously adjusting based on data;
- collaborating with multiple disciplines within digital marketing, such as:
- Advertising (paid)
- Content (B2B/leadgedreven)
- SEO/GEO
- Analytics & dashboards
- Marketing automation
AI as part of your daily work
At TRIMM, AI is not just another tool, but a serious accelerator in strategy and execution. You:
- use AI for faster and better content production (briefing → outline → variants → optimisation), without compromising on quality;
- get started with GEO and AI search visibility (structure, entities, helpful content, distribution);
- use AI for campaign and channel optimisation (hypotheses, test design, segmentation, creative variants);
- help standardise AI working methods: prompts, templates, checks and quality requirements;
- ensure that AI output is appropriate for B2B target groups: strong in content, credible and compliance-proof.
What we’re looking for
- Higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO) level of working and thinking.
- You quickly familiarise yourself with new customer domains (B2B-minded).
- You are familiar with digital marketing: strategy, implementation and optimisation based on data.
- Preferred: experience with CMSs (including Magnolia), marketing automation (including Pardot and HubSpot) and Google tools (including Analytics and Ads).
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English.
- You are analytical, stress-resistant and switch easily between people and priorities.
- You take ownership, are proactive and enjoy organising without losing sight of the strategy.
- You are curious about AI and enjoy testing, learning and applying it in real customer cases.
