Digital Marketing & Experience Specialist (32–40 hrs/w)
Sometimes you’re fine-tuning the perfect words for an ad. And sometimes you’re holding a playbook on set during a studio production. That’s this role.
You’ve fully embraced AI and you’re looking for the next step in this digital marketing evolution. From SEO to GEO, from marketer to operator, and from theory to models. TRIMM challenges you to pioneer and push the boundaries of AI and impact every day.
We help international B2B clients grow with digital marketing that’s solid from strategy through execution. And that’s where you come in: an experienced digital marketer who keeps the overview, thinks along in concepts, and gets energy from marketing that isn’t just smart—but also visible and tangible.
You’ll work in our Digital Marketing team of about 12 colleagues with a lot of ownership and responsibility. Mainly from Enschede, and occasionally on-site with the client.
What you’ll do
You’ll co-own the success of clients such as Nexperia, Malvern Panalytical, Nestlé Health Science and dsm-firmenich. Concretely, that means:
- You coordinate and execute digital marketing projects: from plan → execution → optimization.
- You advise clients on digital marketing challenges and translate these into concrete actions.
- You communicate smoothly with stakeholders (from marketers to management) and keep everyone aligned.
- You analyze results, turn insights into clear takeaways, and adjust where needed.
- You’ll work across and with multiple disciplines, such as:
• Advertising (paid)
• Content
• SEO/GEO
• Analytics & dashboards
• Marketing automation
Also, part of your work: events & production
Alongside campaigns and always-on marketing, you’ll also contribute to content formats and events. Think:
- Hybrid trade shows and webinars (concept, planning, run-of-show, go-live, evaluation)
- Podcasts and recording days in a studio or theatre
- Event platforms and related flows (registration, nurture flows)
You help shape the concept and format: what’s a strong angle for this audience, and how do we turn one recording into multiple content assets? You then translate that into tight execution. You keep the overview, ensure the flow is right, and make sure everything is strong from a marketing perspective.
You won’t do this alone: you’ll work closely with colleagues in the team, such as an audiovisual designer (recording, editing and technical production) and other specialists (e.g., content, design and automation).
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s/master’s level of thinking and working, plus 2–5 years of experience in (digital) marketing or marketing communications projects.
- You can quickly get up to speed in new client domains (B2B-minded).
- Preferred: experience with CMSs (incl. Magnolia), marketing automation (incl. Pardot and HubSpot) and Google tools (incl. Analytics and Ads).
- You have excellent command of both Dutch and English.
- You’re analytical, resilient under pressure, and can easily switch between people and priorities.
- You’re proactive, take ownership, and love getting things done without losing sight of the strategy.
What you’ll get from us
- An appropriate salary, (depending on experience);
- Very generous fringe benefits, such as 27 annual holidays, travel and network allowance and a pension scheme;
- Flexible working hours and the option to work partly from home;
- Opportunities for certification and development, and a training budget;
- Fresh fruit every day and a vitality programme including fun sports clinics;
- Lots of fun and experiences with colleagues during organised sports activities, parties and drinks, including the famous Christmas party and Summer barbecue
