What are you going to do?

As an all-round software developer, you’ll be part of a young, fun and motivated team, enjoying a dynamic job. Together with your team you’ll be responsible for resolving bugs and tackle short-term projects for our clients. This includes working for major clients like Nexperia and Grolsch. Your toolkit will include Java, React, Vue, SQL and Docker. You’re a quick learner with the ambition to grow into a Tech Lead role at team level.   

Another important aspect within your role is coaching the team. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for your colleagues. Your coaching skill will be instrumental in guiding your teammates through questions and assisting them with solving incoming challenges. Effective communication, attentive listening, and being a supportive team player are essential qualities. To provide optimal guidance to your colleagues, your presence is our office is required, so remote work is not possible for this role.  

What do we expect of you?

  • You have 3-5 years of experience as an all-round developer or a similar position. 
  • You have pragmatic thinking skills. 
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and good coaching skills. 
  • You are a strong communicator. 
  • You have extensive knowledge of Java. 
  • Having knowledge of Php, React, Vue, JQuery, Typescript, Drupal, Vue.js, Maven, SonarQube and Docker is a major plus. 
  • You have knowledge of Wordpress.
  • You have good Dutch and English communication skills, both spoken and written. 
  • You are eager to learn and stay updated on the latest technologies. 
  • You have insight into the work of fellow developers (front-end and back-end).
