TRIMM is looking for a Projectmanager for the Security & Hosting team. If you have experience as a project manager and enjoy working in a technical team, this could be the job for you!

What you will be doing

In this position, you will organise the projects of the Performance Cloud business unit, the Security & Hosting division of TRIMM. You will be part of a team consisting of DevOps, Engineers and Security Solutions experts, who are involved in setting up and maintaining cloud environments for clients such as Signify, Nexperia, AkzoNobel, Quooker and Landal.

As Projectmanager, you will work closely with the Head of Performance Cloud, who spends a lot of time working with and at customer sites. This person has final responsibility for the business unit and ensures the level of service as set out in the Service Level Agreements with our customers. Fulfilling customer agreements is also your responsibility. To carry out this responsibility, you know our customers and are well informed about the content of the SLAs we have concluded with them. Within the Performance Cloud team, you are not only hands-on involved in operations, but you also support the team in organising and planning activities. You motivate your team members, organise capacity and keep an eye on budgets. You ensure that new jobs are properly integrated into the team and that customers are always completely satisfied with the level of service.

What we are looking for

  • You have an affinity with cloud technology, although hands-on experience with cloud is not essential for this position;
  • You are skilled at process optimisation and enjoy analysing and improving our service delivery in a decisive manner;
  • You have a critical and analytical attitude, with a results-oriented approach;
  • You have a talent for planning and organising.  You are not afraid to make important decisions;
  • You understand what the role of project manager entails. You understand agile project methodologies and know how to get your colleagues on board. You have experience in managing service delivery;
  • You have a good command of (business) English. We also consider it important that you have a good command of the Dutch language.
