For our Service Desk, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on colleague who thrives on variety, can adapt quickly and loves to make a difference. In this versatile role, you will combine the role of Service Desk Agent with the role of Office Host. So you will not only be the first point of contact for support queries, but also the welcoming face of our organisation.

What will you be doing?

As a Service Desk Agent / Office Host, you’ll be at the heart of the organisation. You’ll be responsible for providing expert assistance with our customers’ website and application-related support queries, and for handling incidents quickly and effectively. You’ll ensure that requests and incidents are carefully recorded, analysed, assessed and followed up.

Clear communication with customers regarding the progress of a request or incident comes naturally to you. You also know how to involve the right colleagues at the right time, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.

At the same time, you play an important role as an Office host. You welcome customers and visitors in a hospitable and professional manner and ensure they feel welcome immediately. You are therefore an important ambassador for our organisation.

In addition to your day-to-day ad-hoc tasks, you will support our service manager with operational duties, such as preparing reports. You will also take on various facility management tasks within our premises and contribute to a pleasant, well-maintained and well-organised working environment.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have a demonstrable level of education and thinking equivalent to upper secondary vocational education (MBO+).
  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • You are service-oriented, presentable and welcoming.
  • You are comfortable using online tools and can switch easily between different systems.
  • You have a sense of responsibility, are proactive and enjoy working in a support role.
  • You are enthusiastic, cheerful and enjoy a varied role.
  • You identify where work needs to be done and tackle it independently.
  • You can switch easily between different tasks and maintain an overview even during busy periods.
